Having come across ‘plank flow’ recently, I am trying to see how I can get more of the planks into an unstructured day. I am using the microwave time for tea, coffee, bournvita for planks. The timer is very convenient. I heard of using this microwave minute to walk from a friend but didnt realise how powerful this idea is. Even using the kitchen/cooking time to do some standing pushups against the counter.
