Great video on how often should you do intermittent fasting. I had this question yesterday, if I should do half of the week intermittent fasting, turns out that its better to do it daily. Dr. Berg suggests adding fat to the meals so you dont snack in between meals, dont feel hunger between meals. And OMAD or one meal a day when possible on alternate days.
