While doing intermittent fasting, can I eat junk food? If not, what are other stuff that I can eat for better results?

 If your goals of intermittent fasting are related to reducing insulin resistance, then first try getting rid of snacking on junk foods. Eat healthy main meals with good fats and protein so you have good satiety. Then you will not feel the energy crashes that call for snacking.
