Another 24 hour fast - my third

 I have done 24 hour fasts twice so far to reduce body fat and have all the good benefits of autophagy. This third one is different. Usually I do a 4 hour eating window the prior day and on the fasting day, skip the noon or the first meal. This time I slept through afternoon and thought it might be better to skip the latter meal and see how that works out. 

In an hour, the fast will be finished. Dr Goldhamer says that it is better to rest during fast. I find it fascinating that the same things happen during fasting and exercise. Been feeling good in the last few hours.
