Jump rope dudes can make you meet your fitness goals with their follow-along workouts of 10min, 15 min or 30min. Its been a week I moved from in place running to actual jumping during the 10 min workout in the morning and I even dared the 30 min during the weekend.
I have seen a person do jump rope with resistance bands on.
If you are thinking double unders, thre's a Guiness record for consecutive 5 and 6 unders.
