A single hashira tori is odd. I could not have guessed the cause of it.
This must be the fallen part.
This video shows the tomic bomb damaged tori at Sanno shrine just a little bit away from the still standing part of it. In some ways, its like the fallen part is like the father and the standing one the beacon of the future.
