How can I feel motivated again? My goals are clear and I think it is very very important. When I started to think about my goals more deeply, I still think it is very very important, but I feel numb about it.

 I guess now your goal is to move from hypoarousal to window of tolerance zone. One way mentioned is to expand the river, like a canoeist, get out of obstacles.
