Reducing your body fat percentage

This morning after walking for about 40 min, I sat down in a swign and felt the blood rush in the back of th thighs.

I found some body composition numbers from before thyroid issue. That wa sa year after my second baby. I am getting close to those numbers now with weight at 141 and body fat percentage 35.7%.

Two months ago my weight had increased to 149.9 and body fat percentage 39.9% . I knew something was wrong as I usually never go past 143. Blood test revealed Hashimotos. Having reached 40% body aft one day, I had this sinking feeling if this will ever stop rising.

Now with nutrient dense healthy ats, thyroid medication and intemittent fasting, I have been able to get the whole game under control. And lots of Vitamin D.

Continuing on intermittent fasting affects body fat percentage, I see it working well. Since Aug 16 or so I have lost about 2.2% body fat. I have been a eartly dinner person for many years now. I would have been easily hitting 12-13 hour fastig easily. In the last 2 months, I might have been in the 8 hour eating window but looks like 6 hour window works better for me. I have also been doing 24 hour fast whenever feasible. I want to keep it to 1 a week.

Today's body fat reduction was unexpected. I was doing ideal calculations of long term athletic ones, of how much fat I would have to lose but didnt believe that this short term change was feasible.

In about 2 months I have lost 4.3% fast. Having started intermittent fasting that works for me ie less than 7 hour eating window, I have lost 3% fat. Soon I will be in healthy range for my age. I am a person who likes fitness, so my goal will be to go to the athletic range. 

If you are a woman below the age of 40 and have reproduction in your future, please do a thorough study of intermittent fasting effects on women do to the udnue stress on body.
