I only got to see him for 10 minutes coking sphaghetti squash in his kitchen, in a college event, he can talk food. the gusto he brings to the ingredients in a recipe and how they go well with each other.. No wonder he is a chef.
I made boiled eggs with green beans from the recipe in this book. Picky child liked it too. I love french cut beans. Took the opened frozen packet as an opportunity to add some more green beans into the dumpling curry.
Lentil soup with coconut milk sounds interesting.
