  Keep researching for new workouts, so you know ahead of time what you are going to work on - core, abs, strngth, cardio. This will keep it enticing like looking forward to vacation.

  • Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind 
Well everyone has a fitness goal. Some are happy with where they are. Some want to fit in some good looking clothes. Some of them want to weigh less. Some of them want to do a quick mile. Some of them want to lift their body weight. Some of them want to do a pull-up.

  • Habit 3: Put First Things First

  • Get your workout done first, so you can reap the benefits the whole day and transfer that control to all aspects of life.

  • Habit 4: Think Win-Win  

  • Burn bad fat and keep the good fat. Get more done in less time with adding strngth training to your workout portfolio.

  • Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood(Listen Before You Talk)
  Listen to your body.

  • Habit 6: Synergize (Together Is Better)
P90x core synergistics. If you can work two parts of the body at once. Go for it. If you can add light weights to your cardio, enjoy the double burn.

Everyday workout keeps the saw sharpened, so you can enjoy the agility of your body everyday instead of just your good week, month, year or decade.
