De Cecco Pasta Acini Di Pepe Pasta
Acini De pepe refers to pasta in the shape of pepper seeds.
Acini De pepe when boiled, leftover looks like a honey comb, corn, link of laces, a pretty jewel. The pearls taste very good too.
The day I made it, I also came across cacio e pepe inspires cauliflower. Here you add many pepper seeds for spice. Usually somehting that we throw away, unless we want to plant them.
