crossword to keep the vocabulary

From a first lesson handout, some kanji was too hard, but I realised that it was the repetition of vocabulary on the top. I had attended lesson 3 which was easier than the L1 and L2 that I missed. Hopefully I catch up by lesson 4.
Able to make some connections with words I have come across before and their meanings. eg tachiyomi (yomi from the on yomi and kun yomi)
A steady stream of new words needs to join the learning river, as we try to understand new words too. I am going through the reading list
