When I opened the lid for oats and put it back on, I didnt do it properly because I was holding a spoon in the other hand.
What motivational strategy changed your liking exercise?
I like exercise because it challenges me. When I was introduced to yoga, I didnt appreciate it till I found time for it after major college study. Because it was hard, I was motivated to get better at it.
It started as a must-do because of obesity and now its also like-to-do.
I am using the microwave time for tea, coffee, bournvita for planks.
