Making a schedule for something that we want to do and following it is the inout side of making things happen. The output side of it is the results and further goals and challenges.
If you leave it to memory, then you only realise after you have missed it, that you have missed it. Put the activity on your calendar or make some auto pathways that right after this time, I head towards gym no matter what. Or if you have to take vitamins, have them in a place where you cant miss seeing it.
Weekly or monthly check-ins can ensure if you are following your endeavor consistently. Count the streak of consistency. If needed reward yourself for desired behavior.
