Ketotarian

 


I was curious how ketotarian is different from keto.
A single avocado has 1067mg of potassium and 58mg of magnesium.
1 cup of spinach has 839 mg of potassium and 157mg magnesium.
Magnesium deficiency can cause thyroid issues. Few months ago, I used to eat spinach a lot and even avocado. Not sure if I craved it but sometimes its said that people will look for what they are deficient in. 
Add black pepper to the foods you are cooking with turmeric in it. The author Will Cole says that Piperine in pepper increases the bioavailability of the circumin in turmeric.
