yesterday I was in a yoga session of Ashtanga yoga where I learned about shallow breathing, diaphgrammatic or the abdomen breadthing, chest breathing and shoulder breathing.
Then I wondered if there is a way to know how we are breathing. There might be other more helpful and budget friendly ways to incorporate good, deep breathing into your life.
When I am walking in the park, I try to focus on deep breathing.
