Gourmet Garden lightly dried cilantro
The story of gourmet garden. This morning while cooking something, I took out the cilantro. Its always hard to time the cooking and buying of it. Some friends have suggested wrapping them in newspaper, so they last long. I was cleaning up the rest after usage, removing the wilty parts and boxed it in a little container. Here's one such container that comes premade for you. Cilantro came into prominence only after 1950s and is rising ever since.
