Do you go to a store and find that it is out of what you need or doesnt have a substitute either then you walk out, you have become a walk rate statistic if someone is counting. If a customer leaves a store without buying anything, but no one clicks them out, did the marketing work? Are there people who count custoemrs who go empty handed when they exit the store. It might get tricky at warehouses, when the cart bearer goes ahead and the family is delayed and seem like they have gone emptyhanded.
