Gin Miller's Swing yourself Fit

I did about 15 min of this exercise with a dumbell and then I was done. I was putting pressure on the same muscles that I had worked out with yesterday's Power Abs workout and day before yesterday with Jill Brown's full body workout.
I couldnt help but wonder about what a powerhouse and an Amazon that Gin Miller is. Gin Miller is the revolutionary force behind the step fitness phenomenon.
I will give this exercise a go today. Didnt know that there was a National Fitness Hall of Fame.
