I saw FIT CHK on a car name plate. it must stand for Fit chick. Are you Fit chick or Fit chap?
Today it was Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning. This is the first time I am doing this video. it just keeps you going. We did about 30 min and jumped to the abs section.
