Chair Fitness



The other day, a friend had to modify a lot of the exercises because her foot was hurting. I shared this 20 minute chair workout by Pahla with her. She said that it got her heartrate up. If for any reason, if your upperbody is all you can move that day, so be it. The heart does not mind what makes it pump.. legwork or upper body.

Especially surgeries can reduce the mobility of a person and cause weight gain. I heard about someone who stopped exercising because of achilles tendonitis. The person pushed herself a little and now there is a back problem too, which hurt the cause even more.
