The first word that kids came up with, while looking at the word is cute. Having just been introduced to a rescue dog at their friend's house, they were able to relate with Cutie Puppy. The story is amazing and shows how a good deed never goes unpunished and is also rewarded with a greater virtue of courage in this case.

On one page, the preschooler identified cutie out of 9 boxed animals. She liked the cutie with the bunny.

Middle age range reader thought the book is very good. She liked it when the bunny was brave and  threw carrots at the DANGER (preschooler's reminder) bobcat.

Although this illustration graphics used is not my favorite, still I had to appreciate the popping colors, the motion multiples, details like the shadows, garden fountains, desert features.
