How do you avoid getting depressed if you have no daily instant gratification?

 You can have small goals for each day that you meet if possible at around the same time. It could be simple things like meeting stand, move, exercise goals for the day. Start with 5 min goals, multiple times a day. Then you will start feeling the dopamine of achievement. When you think you got this in your bag, you will be ready for bigger goals. Movement will put you in a frame of mind of more hope and experimenting.
