Intel's Professional Development & Career Series 2015 had 

Eric Rodriguez as Emcee who referred to Ariana Huffington's 30000 days. There was a reference to the Oakland initiative. I wondered if individuals could help in innovative programs like this.  Barbara Mcallister presented a workshop on Emotional Intelligence. During her talk I was able to see redeployment in line with Zero based budgeting (ZBB).

In there, it was amazing to see how during the break, people all moved out of the chairs. The whole periphery of the hall wa filled with people standing and networking. Eric's advice, dont be in a rush to talk to as many people, your network should be of people you can call upon for favour. The way you do that is asking how you can help.

One of the HR lady suggested I find a mentor.

I am at the top in between two rocks. Many thousand feet below are sparse number of people. Soon its many people on horses fighting. In no time, a small pool is filled with them. One of them looks that there are people up here. It looks like a normal busy street. There were families hanging their clothes on ropes at unreachable heights on the multi-storeys where they use a stick to manipulate the rope before hanging clothes on it. It was time to leave. We left with what we had In emergency situation, I took somebody's sandals which I thought might be big for me, but were not. We all left. Earlier , in the neighbourhood my friend K was giving keynote lectures for her company. She had long hair. My dad realised he had about 4 bags of fruits. The last one was green grapes. and said that he had about 12K Rs.  Before leaving, we had lost about half the people. some were burning in the plaster mummies of Mt Vesuvius shape and others only heads on the floor. We dont know who did it. When we are standing in a building, with many arches, front exposed, a jeep comes by 3 to 4 times. we try to stand in such a way that the cuboid columns will give us protection from fire. Then a men are two come out of it and impress upon us how the buildings around are huge newspaper ones and that we should leave.

6.30.15 dream. last night I saw the poem in the de Mezzo Il mare about the plaster mummies of Mt Vesuvius.
