When I heard Aussie Michael Crossland say that he played baseball in Phoenix, Arizona, I was reminded of another great inspiration Erik WeihenMayer, author of Top of the World. I got Erik's book as a birthday gift more than a decade ago. After reading the book, I learned of another great achievement through his movie Blindsight about taking 6 blind kids on a mountain expedition.
In the meantime, Erik has gone on to more adventure with No Barriers: A Blind Man's Journey to Kayak the Grand Canyon.
