I love this story of Gatorade bar that begins with even Usain Bolt filling the need of a mini snack with Skittles, that I came across in The Power of Little Ideas: A Low-Risk, High-Reward Approach to Innovation by David Robertson. That is where I learned of Sarah Robb O Hagan, author of Extreme You. Sarah has an amazing story of standing up each time she is knocked down by life. I bought the Extreme You as a gift to a friend.
