What is your breakfast selection and how did you arrive at it?
My breakfast contains oatmeal, blueberries, 1tbsp hemp seeds ground, 1tbsp pumpkin seeds ground, 1 tbsp walnut powder, handful chia seeds, 4 brazil nuts or what I remember of it.
One day I forgot to add blueberries to the oatmeal is all I thought when I opened the lunch box. I couldnt eat the plain oatmeal. It took me almost 2 weeks to realise that I stopped adding chia seeds to my breakfast. They are a good source of fiber. Makes them important.
