 Custody got interesting the moment, CBI agent is saved by the hero displacing the shooter by sweeping himself on the "slippery" floor. 

Until the IG wonders I never thought about the connection of the hero to the case. I probably took it as his duty but a good reminder is that people are bound to duty because of the people involved in their life.
