Krinos Tahini Ground Sesame Seeds, 16-Ounce Jar (Pack of 6)
I made hummus a while ago and loved making somethign at home that you usually eat at a restaurant. At that tme just garbanzo beans and olive oil was enough for the novelty. This time when I looked at Krinos Tahini, I was tempted to make it again. I passed it over once. I thought it was tzaziki sauce. Finally relented and got it. I was glas to find that hummus uses tahini. Tahini has a bitter taste but the bland garbanzo can take it. Boiled Garbanzo has its meaty wholesome flavor which I like. I am hummus happy now.
