Bamboo Spurtle Set
There is nothing like the most appropriate tool for getting something done. The other day I was making chole and the recipes for it and another suggestion from a friend for making good rajma is to mash some of the cooked lentil into the gravy. In the olden days when lentils were to be mashed, it was done with a lentil masher. I struggled to press some of the garbanzo beans in the wide pan with a spoon.

This story is the exact thing to expect in a house with kids. I am always amazed to find kitchen utensils mixed with playdough.
