Today while helping kid with lunch, when she couldnt decide which curry to take - I suggested scrambled egg hesitantly. She nodded that its healthy. I sneaked in the thought of adding few vegetables and even before I finished that thought, she suggested adding the cooked vegetable curry to the omelette mix. Viola .. Its a great day to celebrate when your kids understand the lesson of eating your veggies.
